The book of ACTS: getting back to our roots! Do you want to know more about how the church began?...the basic principles of the church or where the church’s and believers’ power comes from? We will be diving into these questions and many more as we uncover the truths from the book of Acts.
Is there more to life than this? Do you ever question the relevance of the Bible? Does God exist? Did humans really evolve? Do you know where the different people races came from? Did dinosaurs exist with people? Why is there death and suffering in the world? Was there really a Noah’s Ark and a worldwide flood? How old is the earth? Who determines what is right and wrong? What role does the devil play in my life?
For any youth entering 7th grade (in the fall) – through 12 grade, the Word of Life Island camp will be Sun, July 7–Sat, July 13th. The cost is $359/pp. The balance is due by June 23rd.
Join us immediately following the service for our Memorial Day picnic here at the church. We will provide the hamburger, hotdogs, buns, and condiments. Please bring a dish and/or dessert. You may want to bring a lounge chair, Frisbee, etc. Please sign up at the resource table. Bring a friend or two!
We will meet at the YFC parking lot at 2:00pm. The cost is roughly $16 per person and you must be 12 and up to participate. Make checks payable to CPC. Please sign up at the resource table. Make sure you pick up your release forms and directions.
